Kit Shipping
Once the purchase is completed, the CYTOfast Urine24 Kit is shipped within 2 working days after the order is received, and delivery takes 3 to 6 working days.
During weeks when the company is closed, orders are shipped when the offices reopen. Corporate closure is scheduled during the weeks of the year when December 25 and August 15 fall.
The kits are delivered via qualified couriers from Poste Italiane, with tracked shipping throughout the country.
Delivery at Punto Poste
If you are not at home or would like more flexibility in receiving, you can request delivery of the kit at a tobacconist’s or stationer’s shop affiliated with the Punto Poste network.
When ordering or when confirming the shipment, you will be able to indicate the pick-up point most convenient to you from those available in your area.
Retreat of Champions
The collection of the samples (contained in the kit after collection) is also carried out by the Italian Postal Service, according to the procedures provided for the transportation of Biological Material Category B (i.e., non-hazardous), in accordance with UN3373.
How to book a pickup
To book a pickup:
- Contact Urine24 Customer Service before starting collection at 055 0622114.
- Agree on the collection date, preferably on the last collection day.
- The courier will come to your home to pick up the packaged samples as instructed.
If you are not at home at the time of pickup
In case of absence, you can:
- Email request to urine24@hospitex.com for a shipping waybill.
- Deliver the package independently at an authorized Post Office Point.
Failure of courier to pick up
In rare cases it may happen that the courier does not show up on the agreed day. In that case:
- The transition will normally take place the next day, without the need for further communication.
- If even the next day’s pickup is not made, please contact Urine24 Customer Service to schedule a new pickup date.
